Licenses and Permits
WPP has obtained the waste management contracts from Municipalities/SAOs since 2014. On 6th July 2015, WPP signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Provincial Electricity Authority(PEA) for 5.99MW under Adder Program (Bt3.5/kWh). The project will be operating under BOI Privileges, which will exempt the company from import tariff and income taxes for 8 years.
WPP has secured all relevant licenses and permits, including Landfill Permit, Construction Permit and Factory License (Ror Ngor 4) in 2015.
